Who I Am

  • For a long time, I thought success meant checking the boxes.

I had the high-paying job. The career path. The stability.

But deep down, I felt unfulfilled.

So I walked away from corporate life to follow a passion for training and helping people transform their bodies. At first, it was about aesthetics — bodybuilding, chasing the perfect physique. But something was missing. The physical results didn’t quiet the restlessness inside.

That led me to look deeper. Into sobriety. Into faith. Into plant medicine. Searching for answers to why external success wasn’t translating into inner peace.

Through those journeys… I discovered that no matter what ‘healing’ modality I was practicing, at the end of the day I always had to return to myself. There were lows no teacher, no treatment, and no method could pull me out of. In those moments I realized the real work was learning to face myself, regulate my own nervous system, and gradually release the weight that kept me stuck at the bottom. Only then could I rise, break the surface, and finally breathe again.

My work is to help people recognize that healing isn’t something outside of themselves. Each of us already has the capacity to heal, but it requires the courage to face what comes up in the hardest moments. What I provide—physical training, bodywork, and experience-based guidance—are tools to support that process. They are not the source of healing, only resources people can use if and when they feel the need for support.

  • Beyond the work, I’m a father first. Raising my twin daughters, Vivian and Monroe, has taught me more about patience, resilience, compassion, grace and presence than any book or certification ever could. They remind me daily why this path matters.

I live in Costa Mesa with my two bulldogs, Irv and Stitch, who are as much a part of my world as the gym or the massage table. When I’m not working with clients or fathering my daughters, I’m usually training myself, creating media content, producing house music or cooking something simple but nourishing.

Travel, movement, and creativity are fuel for me. Whether it’s preparing for a Hyrox race, building music in Ableton, or exploring a new corner of the world, I’m always searching for ways to grow and to share what I learn along the way.

The way I see it—life isn’t about separating work and self. It’s about integrating all of it: strength, family, creativity, and service.

  • My mission is to leave this world a better place than I found it, and that starts by helping people recognize that healing and growth don’t come from outside of themselves. Every person already has the capacity to regulate, rebuild, and evolve — if they bring the courage to face themselves in their hardest moments.

My approach is scientific and straightforward, trimming away the excess to get to the meat and bone of the work. Healing is not primarily emotional, mental, or spiritual — it’s physical. It happens at the level of organs, systems, and performance. When the body begins to regulate, repair, and function as it should, the rest naturally follows.

What I offer—through physical training, bodywork, and experience-based guidance—are tools to support this process. They are not the source of healing, only resources people can draw on if and when they choose. I live by the same principles I teach: breath, discipline, grace, and patience

Nothing outside of you is required to begin. But if at any point along the journey you’d like support….”
